Positive: Lovely apartment with excellent facilities and top shelf appliances. Delightfully and thoughtfully decorated. Great location and amazing view. Just far enough away from the centre to be peaceful but never more than a 10 min walk to dine or shop. Pool, gym and spa a big bonus - super clean and much appreciated after long days of adventuring (biking, sauna, SUP, kayaking, walking and swimming) in Wanaka.

Negative: For the owners - this is a minor beef, but the management company only gave us 1 key for 5 people. I understand the utility of this decision but it’s ludicrous from a customer experience perspective. The poor complex manager explained that this is an ongoing problem across properties. Also - for guests flying in, it would be great to have a set of beach towels (or similar). 1 white towel per person doesn’t really cut it for an activity centric destination and a 10 day stay. Happy to pay to rent these - would have made the purchase of towels unnecessary. If you are in this predicament, the Hospice charity shop is grateful for your donation of laundered towels at the end of your stay.

Summary: Very well appointed apartment in a perfect spot. Get the best out of beautiful Wanaka.
